What about...

1. Have you heard that if you drink tons of water, it's more easier for the food to come up?

Answer- no, It's just making it harder, and you get more to throw up! and water makes me feel sick.

2. That if you wait for about 30 minutes after you've ate, the food will be softer to throw up?

Answer- no no, wait about 10, maximum, the longer you wait, the worse the food will taste, and you feel more sick right after, so you can use that feeling to trigger yourself, and it's not as uncomfortable as if you wait.

3. that you only lose about 2 kgs when you fast a week?

Answer- nope, you lose more for everyday, and it would be normal for you to lose about 3,5 - 4,5 kgs. you have to lose 3.500 cals to lose 1 pound I think, and thats half a kg. so, the best way is for you to count is to take 2000 cals ( that's what you should be eating/day) and multiply whit days and divide whit 3.500 cals =)

4. al fat is bad for you

Answer- no, there is fat that is good for you, olive oil, the fat in nuts and fish. if your ana you feel that you would never eat it, even if it makes your hair two times better looking and your nails stronger, but try to eat half a fish once a week, and eat seven chaswe nuts everyother week. that way you don't waste al the cals and fat, it will help your body =) And, take some olive oil in your hair 30 minutes befor showering, it helps your hair and makes it stronger! than wash it like you use to, and do it like once a week.
