Tips/Tricks

This is the page where you can find my tips and trixs.

Many of you don't live at home, but there are people like me who live whit someone (boyfriend, friends, school, family) and I thought that my tips and trixs should be about those small but enjoying problems you can face. (I soon will be up whit some new t & t) 

Home

Breakfast- wake up 20 minutes late, then you don't have time to eat anything

Lunch- if you work or go to school it shouldn't be to hard to not eat, and if some one should ask why you don't eat, tell them you ate a large breakfast ore that you don't feel good, make something up, but don't use it to often, then they will start asking.

 Dinner- Tell them that you ate at school and that you will eat a fruit ore something later, and if you have to eat or if they start asking a lot of questions- eat! you can purge later, or you can fast the next day if possible, or do some extra situps. But don't act wired even if its hard, it will only do it worse and they will start "why aren't you eating, you look sick, don't start that again, and blah blah blah."

Exercise- If you live whit someone its hard to do your exercises, sure, you can do the situps and al that stuff in your room ore at the bathroom but its pretty damn hard to dance, ore do the stuff that take up more space. And if have a roommate its even harder. You can bye a bike, ore a card at some gym, but its not everybody who can afford it, so my tips is that you simply walk! I know the most of you already do that, but if its summer its easy as hell to do your situps in the park, in the wood, ore to do the exercises while you walk, pretend that you are stretching.

Feel full and not eat.

Water- yes, I know that you have heard it, but water doesn't just make you feel full, it makes you feel sick, and for me: "if I eat anything I will purge".

Best- But instead of that drinking and drinking, get used to the pain! I did long ago, I know that you will feel sick, terrible and that you are going crazy the first day ore two, but after a while it wont even feel, it will just be there and you want to eat just so you know if your hungry or not!

Eat? Wait! Push it some more and tell your self that " one more hour, one more day, I will wait, I wont eat now!", and when that worst enoying pain and hunger is over you will feel so great for not eating! I push my self more and more, but sometimes even I can think " I want to eat just to se, just to feel, just a taste" but I´m not really that hungry, and I don't even know why I thing like that.

Eat out/ Friends


Out- This one is tricky! Eating out does not have any rules, it depends on whit who and where you eat. I don't eat out to often, me and my friends use to take a coffee and an ice cream or something like that. But if you have to eat out, eat when they are looking, talk allot and drink much! Take something whit rice, pasta, or potatoes, then you can eat more whit out getting more calls, just don't eat the sauce, ore to much of the meat/fish/ ore what ever. Cut your food, hide it, leave some paper on the plate becos then they wont se how much you left. And Don't Be Strange Whit Food, People Will Start Asking And Then You're Fighting Against Everyone!!

Friends- Friends are like family, you love them but you don't trust them. Maybe you have the luck to have a Ana friend? I have one, we have our periods together and we can laugh at us, knowing that we are safe. She will never tell, I will never tell.

But not everyone understand, not everyone wants to share. You don't want to hurt anyone, but you just cant tell them! And soon you will hate them, start to think stuff that you never thought about before, "they want to se me fat, they want to feed me, they don't understand." How do you avoid that? Act Normal!! Don't be that depressed girl, don't hide under tons of clothes, Don't Tell Them I Hate My Body, Don't Tell Them I'm Fat!!! Tell Them That You Love Your self! Becose then they wont ask you over and over again. Act like you are the worlds most beautiful girl in the world, I know its hard, but then they will leave you alone!

Selfcontrol? This one is tricky! B-cos there are no other then you. No one to blame, no one to decide what to do.

I know what to do, I know what to say, I know how you act if I will do that way, so I found safe ways to take the pounds away, you wont notes it until its too late...
